Select the order and click Manage Order → Return Items.
Fill out the Return Form (pickup or drop-off options will appear).
Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
Clearly write your Order Number and Return Tracking Number on the package.
Drop off at the nearest point or wait for pickup.
Collect and keep the Umedia Return Acknowledgment Slip as proof.
⚠️ Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
